about kfs events
Family-owned since 1986.
Our Story
From a local family business to a regional event partner.
KFS Events started in 1986 as a family-run operation in Southern Illinois with a straightforward mission: provide quality event rentals and exceptional service to every client, every time.
What began as a small tent and equipment rental company has grown into a trusted partner for events of every scale—from intimate backyard celebrations to large-scale corporate gatherings. Through it all, we've remained family-owned and community-focused, carrying the same hands-on approach that defined us from day one.

Built for Events of Every Size
Experience that scales.
Over the years, our team has supplied commercial kitchen equipment for events like the NFL Commissioner's Ball, supported logistics for the Kentucky Derby Festival, and provided mobile food concessions and full-service catering for festivals across the region.
Whether it's a wedding reception, a corporate appreciation event, or a community festival, we bring the same level of care to every job. That range of experience means we've seen—and solved—just about every challenge that comes with event logistics.

Our Values
What we stand for.
Reliability
We show up on time, every time. Our crew handles delivery, setup, and teardown so you can focus on your event—not logistics.
Professionalism
Commercial-grade equipment, experienced crews, and meticulous attention to detail. Every tent is level, every table is clean, every detail is checked.
Personal Service
We're still family-owned, and we treat every client like part of our extended family. Your event matters to us—because our reputation is built one event at a time.
