How It Works
Your Rental Timeline
Most couples follow roughly this path. Reaching out late? Call anyway — it comes down to inventory availability, and we make short timelines work all the time.
12+ Months Out
Lock In Your Date
Peak-season Saturdays book a year or more in advance. Reach out as soon as you have a date and a rough guest count — a deposit secures your rentals.
6–9 Months Out
Size the Setup
We help you pick the tent style and size for your venue and guest count, then build the table, chair, and lighting list around your layout.
1–2 Months Out
Final Walkthrough
Final guest count, site review if needed, and a pre-event planning call. We coordinate directly with your planner, caterer, and venue.
Wedding Week
We Handle the Rest
Our crew delivers, installs, levels, and inspects everything before your day — and tears it all down after. You never lift a chair.
