How far in advance should I book?+

It depends on the size of your event. Large weddings and major events should book a year or more in advance — peak wedding season dates fill up fast. For smaller events, a few weeks is often enough. We can also make things happen on shorter timelines when needed — it really comes down to inventory availability. The sooner you reach out, the more options we can offer.

What's the process after I submit a quote request?+

We review your request and contact you within 24 hours. We'll discuss your event in detail—date, venue, guest count, specific items needed, and budget. You'll receive a customized quote, and once approved, we schedule a pre-event planning call to finalize all details.

Do you service my area?+

We serve the entire Southern Illinois region, including Marion, Carbondale, Herrin, Carterville, Murphysboro, Mt. Vernon, and beyond. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, call us at (618) 988-1844. We may be able to accommodate events outside our primary service area.

Rentals

Do you deliver and set up the rentals?+

Yes. Delivery and professional setup are available with all rental packages. We bring everything to your venue and set it up properly. For items like tables, chairs, and smaller equipment, customer pickup is also available from our location in Herrin. Tents require professional installation by our crew.

What if it rains? Do you offer weather protection?+

We offer a full range of tent options—frame tents, clear-top tents, and traditional pole tents—that provide complete weather protection. We also carry sidewalls for additional coverage. Discuss weather contingencies when booking.

Is there a minimum order for rentals?+

For most events, we can work with you on a customized rental package based on your needs and budget. For very small orders, there may be a modest service charge. Call us to discuss your specific event.

Can I see items in person before booking?+

What's included in the rental fee?+

What tent sizes do you offer?+

We offer frame tents (20x20, 20x40, 30x60, and larger), clear-top tents, and traditional pole tents in various sizes. We can typically accommodate events from 20 to 1,000+ guests. Discuss your guest count and space needs with our team.

Can I add sidewalls to my tent?+

Yes. Sidewalls provide weather protection and privacy. We offer clear and solid sidewall options that attach to most frame and pole tents. Pricing varies based on tent size and sidewall material.

Can you add lighting inside the tent?+

Absolutely. We offer various lighting options including bistro lights, uplighting, chandeliers, and string lights. Lighting can transform a tent and is popular for evening events. Ask about lighting packages when booking.

Can tents be set up on difficult terrain?+

In most cases, yes. Our team is experienced with sloped ground, gravel, pavement, and other challenging surfaces. Some setups may require additional support or equipment, which we'll discuss during planning.

Weddings

Do you work with wedding planners?+

Yes. We regularly collaborate with wedding planners and coordinate seamlessly. If you're working with a planner, let us know and we'll include them in all communications.

Can you help coordinate with my caterer or florist?+

We're happy to coordinate with other vendors. Our team is experienced working alongside caterers, florists, photographers, and other service providers to ensure everything flows smoothly on event day.

Do you offer linens and décor items?+

We offer a selection of table linens and basic décor items. For more extensive décor, we can recommend trusted local vendors or work with items you source. Discuss your full vision during planning.

What about ceremony setup vs. reception setup?+

We can set up separate ceremony and reception areas using different configurations of chairs, tables, and décor. We'll work with your wedding planner or vision to create distinct spaces that flow smoothly.
